We The People Revenues

For a purchase price of $200 you get a 3-year license in We The People. During that time, we promise to pay a royalty of 10% of all sales (revenue) made by We The People. Our projected revenues are as follows:

We The People ILO Value

Further to paying you a royalty, at the end of the 3rd year we can either elect to extend the license for another 3 years, convert it to equity should we advance enough to take a public listing on a stock exchange, or buy the ILO back for cash should we conduct a major financing.

ILO Value is the estimated value of your ILO in USD ($), this is calculated using our projected revenue numbers. Therefore if you our revenue projections are realistic and achievable, this is a good estimation of the buy out price you should expect at different stages.

How we'll do it

To achieve our projected revenue, we have laid out our roadmap including our main goals and milestones over the next 3 years.

Q4 2018

St. Louis Store & Training Center

A model store and training center has be opened in St. Louis, Missouri for the purpose of establishing a “We The People” brand presence in the USA, setting up a model store centrally in the USA for use in training franchisees on store operations, and for administration of the franchise logistics in the USA.

July 2018 – Enter into a rental agreement. 
August 2018 – Begin construction of furnishings
September 2018 – Renovation of the store.
Nov 2019 -Feb 2019 – Operated Pop Up Store
March 2 2019 – Grand Opening of Store

License Southeast Asian Countries: Malaysia

Secure License Agreements for a joint venture partner to develop the business in Southeast Asian countries and open stores and market products.

Nov 2018 – Enter into a license agreements 
Nov 2018 – Begin training and planning for stores.
Nov 2018 – Advise on the development and build out of stores
Dec 2018 – Grand Opening of Store Kuala Lumpar

Launch Franchising USA

Franchise consultants are working with WTP to prepare all of the Franchise documents and regulatory filings for franchising in the USA. All documentation has been completed.

March 2018 – Beginning filing in targeted states. Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, California, New York, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, and Hawaii
March 2018 – Begin marketing Franchises

Joint Venture an event company to travel to malls in China, Southeast Asia, and Europe and set up short term popup events to retail WTP products and hold LIVE Funding events.

Managing Director - Marketing

Mr. Sim is a Co-Founder of Funded Global and Funded Singapore’s “We The People” Stores, where he serves as director for social media strategy, content creation, and online advertising. He conceptualized and launched crowdfunding campaigns, including raising funds his own brand Kisetsu.

Joel Liew

Managing Director - Design

Mr. Liew is a Co-Founder of Funded Global and Funded Singapore’s “We The People” Stores, where he manages the store design and branding. He is an experienced creator and serves as Head of Design for Kisetsu a brand he co-founded.

Nison Chan (Chan Tien Lam)

Managing Director - Purchasing

Mr. Chan is a Co-Founder of Funded Global and Funded Singapore’s “We The People” Stores, where he heads the purchase department in search of emerging and established brands on crowdfunding platforms, he manages and oversees the development and progress of all brands

Terry L Pancake

CEO& Financial Director

Mr. Pancake is CEO of Funded Global and Senior Global Advisor to Funded on expanding the “We The People” to Asia, Europe, and USA. He consulted in Asia on global expansion and instructed MBA classes in Asia on corporate finance and strategic planning.

Jun Hwan (Jay) Kang

Strategic Planning Advisor

Mr. Kang is a Co-Founder and Strategic Planning Advisor to Funded Global and Funded Singapore’s “We The People” Stores. He guides the team on the implementation of the mission, vision, and objectives of the corporation and expansion of the brand worldwide.
